The taste of sunshine: these delectable cookies are juiced up with awesome amounts of sunny orange flavor (I insist on using the zest and the juice). Plus, the batter is spiced with a dash of cardamom and a pinch of sweet, orange cinnamon tea. Before I pop them in the oven, I roll them in a special mixture of cardamom and sugar to wake up the flavors and amp up the soft-and-chewy texture.
